    6-A : List of ingredients used in the product and photos
    6-B : Halal certificate or specification sheets for each ingredient
  7. Manufacturing flow chart
  8. Sanitation control list (on a legible format – copy)
  9. Pest control list (on a legible format – copy)
  10. Label display (can be submitted after auditing)
  11. Daily manufacturing report(on a legible format)
  12. Receiving record of ingredients (on a legible format)
  13. Production record (on a legible format)
  14. Halal label management (can be submitted after auditing)
  15. List of complaints and defects (on a legible format)
  16. List of people in charge of halal operation (who can be displayed on organization diagrams)
  17. Factory plan or layout sketch
  18. Organization chart
  19. Internal regulations for maintaining the halal status (can be submitted after auditing)
  20. Modification forms (can be submitted after auditing)
